Application form xxx_xxx_xxx cannot be printed; it is not active

EA29 job created EP01 case for some old invoices(invoiced in 2012). The error message is as above.  Those accounts were changed from ARO  to commodity in 2012. We have not received any cases till recently.  The bill form in CA had been changed to active one but the bill form in invoice is old(non-active).  I changed the bill form to an active one for one invoice(updated it in table ERDK) and tried to test to print it. But I still got the same error as above.  Does anyone knows what to do to fix it?
